What would cause plastic to become rock? Can an atom’s quantised energy levels be manipulated so that it takes on a different atomic identity (not only changing isotopes). How flexible or rigid are the elements?
That being the case, can particles be magnetically grouped together i.e., ‘compositions’ built from the bottom up?
i.e., the mass of water transformed into its’ correlated energy distribution.
