Computer Coding

Computer Coding is the process of transforming ideas, solutions, and instructions into a language that computers understand. Coding is how humans are able to talk with computers.

Computer coded mathematical proofs.

Coding produces a ‘network’, a directed graph, the ‘weighted links of which are mathematical logical statements which lead into and from each other. ‘Hypothesis’ statements can be inserted into the network to discover if a ‘Hypothesis’ can be ‘proved’ to be logically correct.

The Player of a computer game inserts real time ‘pop-in’ code to advance his/her Player character in the course of the game.

Verilog code, (high speed description code language) can be downloaded into FPGAs (field programmable circuit board gate arrays) so that the code can be executed. FPGA is an integrated circuit that contains large numbers of logic gates. A character’s action, in a Game, can be implemented by specifying a single logic function for a particular gate whilst closing the others. This character, (the Player’s character) can therefore be controlled by the Player using pop-in code which could designate actions over a multiple time sequence.

Building a shape using numbers.

Each number, in computer coding, is designated as a 2-D plane with specific direction and area. As numbers increase can generate Mandelbrot sets using plane areas instead of numbers. Results in 3-D fractals.

Can biological tissues, cells, organs be put into a digital form (computer coding) so that the effect of new medications can be tested mathematically?

In Pharmacokinetics it is possible to analyse how biological cells metabolise medication using Spectroscopy? It would be possible to build up databanks recording the effect of known medications on biological cells and tissues and then use this to analyse the effect of new medications being tested.

A new approach to an ’inkless’ printer for the computer.

Printer uses light beam through a prism to capture different colours onto photosensitive paper. ‘Computer code’ for prism could be downloaded from App connecting computer and printer.

To continue the research of exploring the possibility that ‘directed graphs’ can be used to define chemical ‘pathways’ (sequence of steps).

The pathway formulae is then written as a directed mathematical graph; the Algorithm, i.e., Computer coding uses ‘images/patterns’ instead of text.
